Late one Thursday night in October, as we traveled to Grandma’s house, we pulled our car off the road. In between cities, miles from anywhere inhabited, a new moon night, I set up the tripod and a remote. Some kids were asleep and really were not excited about being woken up. It was cold. It was stressful being the mom and the photographer – let’s be honest, I should always hire someone else. After our summer adventure with the solar eclipse, I got this vision in my head of what to do for our annual Christmas Card Photo. While it’s not perfect, that’s ok because neither are we. Here’s wishing you a stellar New Year!
