I’ve known Brian & Susan for a few years now, from before the oldest was born. They were 19 or so when they ran off to the courthouse and eloped. I asked them during this session, Did you ever imagine THIS was what you would be doing a few years later? “This” as is, raising the two boisterous older kiddos and the surprise twins (the pregnancy was planned, the fact that it was twins was a surprise). The answer was a laugh and a resounding no! 🙂

Being a parent definitely has its ups and downs, its crazy moments and its sweet moments. No matter how hard it is, it is worth it. It is a special opportunity to be a parent.
